Abstract

Based on the developments and changes in the Syrian policies of Turkey and Iran in line with the latest developments in the Middle East, evaluations of how the relations between the Republic of Turkey and the Iranian state and the Syrian Arab Republic were shaped, especially after the Arab Spring, were found important. In the study, "How do the alliances and rivalries formed by Turkey and Iran, as regional powers, in the Syrian war serve their interests?" The question was tried to be found. As a result of this analysis, it has been tried to explain how the two states use global powers, local powers and the alliances they have established between themselves in line with their own interests.
