Abstract

With the impact of globalization, the phenomenon of migration has accelerated, making it easier for people to relocate. Migrants create various social and economic changes in both the places they leave and those they arrive in. Some migrants are employed in their new locations, while others prefer to start their own businesses. This situation has laid the groundwork for the development of the concept of migrant entrepreneurship. The motivations behind migrants starting their own initiatives vary, and they have the potential to influence the economic dynamics of the countries they settle in. Migrant women entrepreneurs play critical roles in both social and economic spheres by developing innovative solutions. By moving beyond traditional business models, they actively contribute to social transformation processes and add significant value to local economics. Additionally, migrant entrepreneurship empowers women to achieve economic independence and raises awareness about gender equality issues. This study will examine the innovative approaches of migrant women entrepreneurs and the social and economic impacts of these approaches.
