Abstract
The interest shown in the conflict between the work and family life of individuals, together with the events seen in women's marriages in the business world in the developed countries, maintains its currency. Ignore these notes, the work-family conflict of female students reflects the effects of curtains on work stress and flaps. For this purpose, information from 98 female administrators working at Mardin Artuklu University was collected and analyzed. As a result of the analysis, the perception that family-work conflict does not affect work stress positively and commitment to aim as a target.
