Abstract

In our study, the definitions of globalization were made, the views of some experts were mentioned and the characteristics of globalization were listed. Global Markets definitions, emergence process, the structure and development process of global markets in the historical process are explained, their features and components, functions and functions are mentioned. New monetary systems have been studied. monetary systems in global markets and unconventional monetary policy rules and related concepts are analyzed.
