Abstract

Technological change has a major impact on organizational performance. There is a close link between technological change, human resources management, and the performance of the organization. It has been found that technological change has a positive and negative impact on the performance and attitude of workers at work. This work explores how the relationship with employees could be used to manage technological change. It will also identify an efficient method of using technological innovations to improve the performance of NGOs. Two concepts were formulated to determine the relationship between technological change and the competencies of employees, and between technological change and employee performance. It is necessary to examine the extent to which employees and management can deal with new systems, carry out regular surveys and gather the opinions of employees to find out what they need to cope with the new technologies.
